She is public and motivational speaker.

Her leadership experience includes being a Volunteer Manager for the FIFA WC 2010
at Ellis Park Stadium, three years as volunteer manager for students at Wits Community Outreach Programmes, serving as Chairperson of CONTRALESA Youth Wing Gauteng, Cultural Officer for Xhosa society at Wits university, and many more other structures. She was also privileged to be nominated as a Human Rights activist during the Rain Queen Modjadji Achievements Awards. Princess Nikiwe Bam has travelled to many countries in Africa, in a quest of knowledge about different cultures
and ceremonies. She has a passion for a united Afrika, and independent monarchs across the continent.
